How to request support

• Please direct all support requests to support@vpmediasolutions.com.
• Our team will handle your inquiry from there.

New system access

• You will receive a message from the new system with instructions to create your new login.
• Please follow the steps in that message to activate your account.

Ticket data

• Open tickets will be migrated to the new system and continue there.
• Old closed tickets will not be migrated and will remain unavailable in the new system.
